Our story

Artisan Electrics aims to be open and honest in everything it does.

Since 2007, Artisan Electrics managing director Jordan Farley (who was raised and educated in Cambridge) has run successful electrical businesses. During this time Jordan has travelled the world donating his electrical installation and management skills to voluntary projects. Artisan Electrics was founded in 2016, and the company now works across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas.

With a highly successful YouTube channel (with well over 300,000 subscribers) we showcase the work we do, the technicalities and challenges of running an electrical contracting business, and the problems we encounter along the way! We share tips and information useful for planning specific projects, such as installing an electric car charger or getting solar panels. Our videos are always fun, even if we’re talking about something technical – you’ll certainly get to see our professionalism in action and share some of our team spirit.
